I discovered these beautiful stick blushes, bronzers and highlighters when i was going through the Makeup Revolution page in Instagram. OMG these sticks look absolutely beautiful in every sense. And I immediately bought them. Although these blush sticks are not a recent launch, since I got them new they always seem to be new to me. Here’s what all I bought.

Awesome Chucks of Our Finest Blusher in a Stick!
Introducing the One Blush Stick, in 4 Bold shades and 4 Matte Shades.Use strong and vibrant, or sheer. Designed for multiple use across Cheeks and Lips, use Dry for Hi-Intensity Colour or apply Wet for a smooth sheer finish.

The One Blush Stick comes in 8 shades: 4 sheer and 4 matte.
  1. Dream – a very subtle pearl toned shimmery highlighter
  2. Matte Dream- matte pale baby pink blush
  3. Rush – Peachy pink golden shimmery highlighter
  4. Matte Rush – super bright matte coral blush
  5. Pink – bubblegum pink blush with a satin finish
  6. Matte Pink- matte barbie pink blush
  7.  Malibu – warm toned medium brown  bronzer with sheer golden shimmer
  8. Matte Malibu – a very warm toned matte true brown bronzer.

I picked one blush, one bronzer and one highlighter from  this range. The blush in the shade MATTE PINK, bronzer in the shade MATTE MALIBU and highlighter in the shade DREAM.

The packaging of The One Blush Stick is sleek and sturdy. They come in a black box with gold written text on it with a color coded strip on  the top to identify the shade. All the details and description are on the box. The sticks come in a  black retractable tube packaging. They’re a nice and large in size, so they will definitely last a long time! The matte sticks have a matte finish to the tube as well as on the outer packing, whereas the sheer sticks have a glossy finished one.
The color payoff of The One Blush Sticks is incredible! The formula is very very creamy and smooth and also these are very easy to work with. They feel very moisturized. They do not dry out the skin making these suitable for almost all skin types.  The best way to get the max use of this sticks is to blend these with fingers, as the effect is very natural. The Matte Pink blush and the Matte Malibu bronzer shades are highly pigmented. I seriously did not expect this. And the highlighter has least pigmentation. It gives a very soft and subtle glow to the skin,  which sometimes doesn’t even show up. You can build up the colour easily though. The lasting power depends on your skin type, but on my oily skin the blush and the bronzer lasted for 6 hours, but since the highlighter didn’t show up a bomb glow on the skin it seemed to fade out quickly as well.

PRICE:  $9.01 for 0.42oz product. (There’s a 50% off sale running right now at TAM beauty store where in the price is reduced to $4.49. Grab them soon before they are gone!) In Indian currency I got them INR 500 each(including shipping- pretty good deal, so i got them).

Even under the flash lights the highlighter doesn’t glow up much. For me personally, my highlight should be a bomb. It should glow up even at the farthest distance. But this one doesn’t keep up the claim. For those who need a very subtle glow, i guess this is a perfect highlight.

Overall, I’m loving these sticks!  They’re absolutely perfect for travelling. The purpose of sticks is that these are very easy and convenient to  carry everywhere rather than the liquid ones  and the huge palettes for just one particular shade that we need. And that the reason I am investing on most stick type of makeup these days. I definitely recommend these to everyone.
