The wait was real for me! I waited for so long to get my hands on this WET N WILD MEGAGLO CONTOURING PALETTE, but I didn’t want to invest in double/triple the actual amount with any international websites or any Instagram sellers. So when Nykaa launched Wet n Wild in India, I literally hauled every product that interested me (Wet n Wild India). This contour palette was one amongst the haul, and in this post I’ll be reviewing this contour palette.

Wet n Wild MegaGlo Contour Palette Caramel Toffee1

The MegaGlo Contouring Palettte by Wet n Wild is a duo of perfectly complementary contouring powders that delivers a flawlessly sculpted face in no time flat. The deeper color defines while the lighter color highlights your best features, leaving you at your #nofilter best, whatever the occasion.

  • Blendable, buildable color.
  • Coordinating contouring and highlighting powder.
  • Gives a dimension to the face.
  • Doesn’t crease.

PRICE : INR 499/- for a 12.5g product.

AVAILABILTY : It is available on Nykaa, Amazon, Hok Makeup etc. I bought mine from Nykaa when they initially launched WnW in India.

You can buy the Wet n Wild MegaGlo Contouring Palette HERE.

SHADES : The Wet n Wild MegaGlo Contouring Palette is available in 2 shades –

  1. Dulce De Leche
  2. Caramel Toffee

I chose the Caramel Toffee palette as Dulce De Leche has a pink undertoned highighting powder and the contour shade would be too light, which would absolutely be a disaster to my warm dusky skin tone. However, I can manage with the yellow banana highlighting powder and the warm bronzing powder from Caramel Toffee palette.

Packaging, this Wet n Wild MegaGlo Contouring Palette is a duo with highlighting matte powder and a contour shade, sitting in the semicircle pans of a huge round palette. The palette is really a huge one, it would last really long (for me at least). The palette is pretty basic, a plastic case with a see-through lid and all the details and description about how to use it mentioned at the back of the palette. The palette doesn’t come with any brush applicator, sadly. I mean for a $4.99 drugstore product I’m okay with it.

The powders are very finely milled, have very soft texture to them. Both the shades are completely matte shades. The powders blend in very easily without giving any patchy look. The contour shade doesn’t feel any chalky, but the yellow highlighting powder does feel a tad bit chalky. Blending in the powder really really well into the skin can make it work better. The so called contour shade in this Caramel Toffee palette is a warm toned bronzey brown shade, which actually is great for bronzing rather than contouring.

I use the yellow banana powder to highlight and bake my undereyes. The yellow powder kind of blends into our warm dusky skin and gives a highlighted eyes look. But if you’re too fair, I don’t think this yellow powder wouldn’t suit you. And the warm bronzer shade just gives warmth and definition to my face, giving that sun kissed look. This bronzer works and suits well on any skin tone.

Overall, I’m very much impressed with this Wet n Wild MegaGlo Contouring Palette in Caramel Toffee. If you’re looking for a banana powder and a bronzer duo, then definitely give this a shot. I’d recommend this to any dusky beauty out there.
