Packaging, if you’ve known how few brow pomades come in a long castle-like structures with a built-in-brush, this Sugar Born To Wing Gel Eyeliners also come in such exact but petite packaging. When I saw the outer cardboard package, I thought ‘Do they come in a tube form??’ because I’ve never seen a gel eyeliner housed in such small long box. The first impressions I had when I pulled these out of the box was – ‘Awww these are so cute and adorable, and very much travel friendly..’. Yes, the gel pot is too small and inside we get a 2.3gm of the eyeliner, which is a little less when compared to standard quantity(2.5 to 2.8g, and some do have 5-6g too) of any regular gel eyeliner. It comes with a built-in-brush which is way small in size and beginners will have a problem using it. But the applicator is just so good for clean application of the eyeliner. The details about the product is mentioned on the outer box. The pot only has the shade name and sugar logo mentioned. BTW the pot has a clear case, so it is easy to recognize the shades.
The gel eyeliners come in two shades – Black and Blue. Blackmagic Woman is an intense black shade which sets a matte finish. Roadhouse Blues is a metallic navy blue shade which again has a matte finish to it. The pigmentation of both these gel liners is great, they go opaque in just one swipe. The brush applicator picks the right amount of the gel liner and makes it glide on the lids like butter without any tugging or pulling. The formula is very lightweight and feels very comfortable on the eye lids.
I’m not a pro in handling the brushes, but this brush was kind of okay for me to apply the eyeliner. But for beginners who are just into gel eyeliners, you might find it difficult in handling the brush. The brush tip is very fine and tapered which gives us scope to draw sharp edges/wing. This gel liner did last for the entire day (more than 10 hours), and absolutely did not smudge, transfer or fade even a bit.

CON’S OF Sugar Born To Wing Gel Eyeliners :

I could compare this gel liner packaging with my Loreal Brow Artist Brow pomade.
Overall, a great debut by Sugar Cosmetics. Absolutely stunned by the great performance of these new Sugar Born To Wing Gel Eyeliners. With intense pigmentation and very lightweight formula, these smudgeproof matte gel eyeliners lasts the whole day without any fading or transfer. I’d definitely suggest these gel eyeliners to everyone. Beginners, the brush might not be suitable for you guys. Other than that, these are excellent gel eyeliners to invest in.
