HOW TO APPLY : Exfoliate your lips. Apply lip primer just like you would apply any other lipstick. Follow it up with your favourite lipcolour.

LIST OF INGREDIENTS : Isododecane, Diisostearyl Malate, Synthetic Wax, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Dimethicone, Caprylyl Methicone, Polybutene, Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Silica, Dimethylimidazolidinone Rice Starch, Glyceryl Caprylate, Distarch Phosphate, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Isoceteth-10.

Packaging, the Sugar Seal The Show Lip Primer comes in a regular Sugar themed outer carton box with all the description about the product mentioned on it. The primer has got a unique body which makes it look a little attractive. It comes in a black body with the Sugar fonts on it, and this has a retractable mechanism. So it is very easy and convenient to use,and there’ll be no product wastage. Its sleek body definitely makes it a tavel-friendly one.

The lip primer has a balmy smooth, silicone-ey formula to it. It has totally no color to it, which makes it perfect to go beneath any lip color. And it is completely odorless. With a lightweight formula, this primer glides on the lips smoothly prepping it for the lipstick application. But you need a thorough lip prep of scrubbing and getting rid of dry patches and dead cells off from the lips, for this primer to do its best. This is going to do nothing if you’re applying it on dry chapped lips. It fills in the lip lines and provides a flawless even base for the lipstick. The primer works well with any kind of lipstick – creme lipsticks, liquid lipsticks and matte lipsticks. It’s just a way to extend the lipstick longevity.

The primer itself does not give a full hydration to the lips. In that case, I add an extra step of moisturizing my lips 5-10 minutes prior, wait sometime and dab it with a tissue and apply the primer and follow up with my lipstick. The primer in any way did not alter the lipstick color or its formula. Glad about that. And it definitely made the lipstick stay a bit longer than it usually did.

Overall, a really handy product to have in everyone’s makeup stash, coz you dunno when you’re gonna have bad lipstick days. So this Sugar Seal The Show Lip Primer keeps all your lipstick issues at bay. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a good affordable lip primer which really makes your lipstick lasts long without bleeding and feathering. And I wouldn’t suggest to use this as lip balm, as it least has any of the lip moisturization properties.
