Packaging, these shampoo conditioner duo come in huge maroon colored plastic bottles with a flip open caps. These 400ml bottles are quite tough to carry these while on vacays or some sort, and these do not come in any other sizes; just one standard sized bottle. Looks like pretty normal silky flowing shampoo and a creamy conditioner with an heavenly cocoa butter fragrance. Love the fact that this range free from parabens, gluten and colourants. That being said, the shampoo does contain SLS and is one of the main ingredients. And the conditioner has water soluble alcohols and silicones which some people do mind in their hair care, so this range might not be everyone’s cup of tea.
I have frizzy, wavy and limp hair, and I do not play with chemicals much; so I must be careful in picking my hair care products. I have recently been loving natural butters and have tried quite a few which I’m loving and hence you see this Cocoa Butter formula in my regime. This shampoo cleanses the hair very well without making it dry, and thank goodness it hadn’t showed any changes in my hairfall. It nourishes and hydrates the hair, which I’m all about. I follow up with the conditioner, squeeze out all the extra water and flip my hair upside down applying it to the entire length till the ends and scrunch for about 3-5 minutes. I leave it again for a good 3-5 minutes and rinse off the conditioner. Being a silicone-based conditioner, it does have that slip on the hair. It does make my hair smooth and manageable post drying. And overall gives little definition and bounce to my waves; whilst making my hair nourished and hydrated.
