If you’ve read my Love from South Korea – THE SKIN HOUSE Skincare products, I did receive a bunch of products from them and I will be reviewing one of the in-house brand product – The Skin House Vital Bright Serum in this post. Frankly speaking, this serum came just right in time when all I wanted is a change in my skincare; all thanks to The Skin House! And this particular serum was the most interesting thing I have ever seen. Let’s see what it is…

A viscous clear gel-type vitamin-rich serum with luminous and moisturizing action contains moisture particles and micro-capsules. When the micro-capsule is broken and rolled on the skin, its contents are absorbed into the skin and leave the skin glowing. Contains ingredients with a moderate luminous effect. It absorbs quickly and leaves a refreshing feeling and moisturizes the skin.
- Highly concentrated serum.
- Minimizes discoloration.
- Brightening. Tone Up.

HOW TO USE : After cleansing, soften skin with toner. Apply a sufficient amount of serum to the face and allow it to be absorbed. After the serum emulsion and cream may be used.

Packaging is quite simple, a very regular amber colored ombre effected frosted glass dropper bottle. It does come with a outer cardboard box which has all the details and description about the product, and also the long list of ingredients mentioned.

The serum, in fact I’d call it a gel, has a clear gel consistency with the magic pearly micro-capsules in it. And due to its thick consistency I think the dropper pipette fails to take in enough product into it in 1-2 pumps also, I had to do it at least 5-6 times to get the pipette full. I think its not a big deal though, but just telling.

The tiny capsules in the serum do puncture and melt itself when rolled on the skin. The serum also very quickly gets absorbed into the skin and let it feel so comfortable and light. I should admit that I’m not a great fan the scent though, it so much appears fake and somewhat a little strong, but that subsides in a while after application.

Love the fact that this is a total fruit extract/acid based serum, if you’ve gone through all the ingredients you’d have noticed a ton of citrus and berry family and some Amazonian fruits which have been used. And not to forget, the Hyaluronic Acid which acts as a moisturizer to the skin. I started using this only in my night routines in the first week and by second week I included it in my A.M and P.M routines. And its just been three weeks since I’ve started using this serum and I’d say it definitely brightens the skin and has improved my skin texture. I cannot say much about how this serum acts on acne because at the moment I have no acne issues on my face.
Recommendation, yes I’d definitely suggest this serum to all skin types but I would not say that this serum alone does the whole job and is a miracle. This would just be an initial step of your journey to beautiful skin, and it’s always best to use this along with the toner, emulsion and the moisturizer for max results.
Did you try The Skin House Vital Bright Serum?? What do you think about it? Lemme know…..
